I photographed my friend Sarah’s extended family on a rainy Saturday at her home in Charlotte. It was quite a comedy getting all the little ones looking at the camera and took some major antics from their enthusiastic parents…..with better results sometime than others! Thankfully at the end the rain broke and we were able to speed outside for 2 minutes and get one shot among the beautiful autumn leaves. Enjoy the photos and happy new year!!
It’s always fun to share my completed holiday card which is made up of at least one image from each shoot – it was a full year! I hope everyone has a wonderful day spent with family and friends and eating lots of good food!
I always encourage clients to get their album right away….otherwise life gets busy! That’s just what happened to Jen & John whose BBQ themed wedding has always been one of my favorites. They treated themselves to a gorgeous 12×12 Cappuccino Queensberry Classic Matted Album for their 5 year anniversary. Enjoy a few of my favorite spreads.
This photo of their Sperry Tent lit up at night is still one of my all time favorites!
Now that the cooler weather here we are getting back to cooking and family dinners – it feels great for our schedule to slow down a bit and for us all to be home more….cozy! I saw this recipe online and tried it the other night – delicious and very easy. I’d recommend it – yum yum!
