I’ve had a great week in L.A. at Partner Con learning, meeting people, and just generally trying to spread the love 🙂

The picture above is of all the Connecticut PUG members that came out for the conference after Justin and Mary’s talk. They did an amazing job and we are all so proud that they are the fearless leaders of our PUG.

Other highlights included talks by Chris Humphreys, Jefferson Todd, David Jay, Liana Lehman, and Denis Reggie.

As Justin and Mary said so well in the talk – conferences can set you on fire. I’ve learned so much in the past few days and been inspired in so many different ways. Of course the challenge now is figuring out how best to spend my time and what is most important to pursue – not easy questions at all. I’m expecting to spend the entire plane ride home tomorrow thinking, writing, prioritizing, goal setting, and figuring it all out 🙂

One thing I am psyched about is I finally took the leap and signed up for Liana’s business boot camp – happening in Boston in December (thank you to the Graziers for bringing it to New England!!) Sometimes it’s important to recognize your weaknesses and take steps to off-set them – preparing for this workshop will not be easy but it is important work and I know it will
pay off.

In other news – I FINALLY found a wedding dress that I love. One good thing about being at a photography conference is that you get to see photos of hundreds of brides and get ideas from them! Let’s just say that the dress was featured in one of the presentations – no more hints 🙂

I’ll have more to blog once friends who brought cameras to various events share photos but for now I’m off to bed.

Night 🙂
