Local Parades

Fall in Vermont means local celebrations and parades that really celebrate the community that is so valued in this area. This fall I got to go to two – the East Charlotte Tractor Parade and the Shelburne Halloween Parade. The Tractor Parade is in it’s 12th year and it’s such a fun opportunity for everyone to bring out their tractors (and lawn mowers!) and really show them off. There was quite the turnout!

There were some very creative costumes – I loved the black eyed Lance Armstrong driving the truck and the Cheez Whiz girl especially
