Recipe :: Hot Artichoke Dip


My cousin Susanne came over last year and brought this Hot Artichoke dip with toasted baguette slices. Since then it’s become a go-to appetizer for when we have company coming. I love that all the ingredients are things we typically have on hand so no extra shopping – just buy a baguette and we’re good to go. Easy and delicious!

Hot Artichoke Dip

1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
1 clove garlic, peeled
1/4 c. reduced fat mayo
1-2T fresh lemon juice
3-4 T. grated parmesan cheese
S&P to taste

Preheat oven to 350

Put artichokes and garlic in a food processor and pulse to chop. Add rest of ingredients and process until fairly smooth. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese & black pepper. Bake until cheese on top is golden ~10 minutes. Serve with a toasted baguette
