Best VT Wedding Details

March 6, 2014

Today I’m sharing the last chapter of a look back on my favorite images – it’s all about details and scene setters. It’s always so fun to see what my couples have dreamed up- the colors and textures provide ample opportunity for my lens…..enjoy the inspiration!
Simmie & Andrew wove the colors lemon, lime, and orange throughout their wedding – including their footwear!
I loved the texture of Liz’s beautiful Rivini dress complemented by her sparkling Jimmy Choos!
This was a new detail to me – the bride and groom’s names and wedding date embroidered under Dave’s jacket collar
Later that day the Coach Barn was transformed by the talented team at A Schoolhouse Garden – it was breathtaking!
I loved these little drink flags at Meredith & Peter’s wedding – the other side had their wedding date
And later that evening the tent sparkled as the sun went down and the clouds rolled in from the water
Otis & Shaila’s was the first Indian wedding I’d photographed – so much color and beautiful detail!
Mallie’s embroidered dresser cloth provided the perfect spot to photograph this Sixpence
And I had to laugh when I saw the flowers being held in the fridge – quite a contrast to mayo and carrots!!
I love the way Mallie & Stu chose to display their placecards – so symmetrical and visual!
And the bouquets really popped against the women’s blue dresses during the ceremony
Amelia & Ryan’s wedding was a feast for the eyes – so many thoughtful details!
Chandler & Ryan’s nautical wedding featured blue (my favorite color!) as the main inspiration
And last but not least I fell in LOVE with this ombre cake at Leslie & Colin’s wedding…..hilarity ensued later when they broke the knife trying to cut into it!

Raffol, 19, and Nolan Toski, 23, both of Wilbraham, died from their injuries in the single car accident. Their deaths filled many people with inexpressible sorrow. I know many conventional thinkers out there are questioning my sanity at this point but…
