This is a great way to dress up asparagus but also SUPER quick.
1 bunch of asparagus, ends trimmed.
2 T. olive oil.
S & P to taste
Heat broiler. On a baking sheet, toss the asparagus with the oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a single layer and broil, shaking occasionally, until tender – 6-8 minutes.
Serve!
Yum! Asparagus is my absolute favorite veggie — but it is the one I hate to cook most. I wonder why?! I love your recipe, and often through a little Parmesan cheese on there as well!
Ok, I love asparagus, but only in the summer. So I will hang on to this one! I also wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your dog pictures. They always just make my day! Devin and I are itching to get a dog of our own, but first comes wedding, then comes house (no “pets” in the apt), then comes pup. I love seeing Strider though!
