I met up with Lila and her Grandmother the other day at Elizabeth Park for some playtime and exploration!

Before every photo shoot I ask people to describe who I will be photographing – their personalities, what they like, what they don’t like. Jeanne mentioned that Lila was a character who had a great sense of humor and was very adaptable. She also mentioned that she was strong willed. She was all of those things but mostly Lila has a wonderful joie de vivre – she’s a force of laughter and sweetness and we had a great time.

First we sat on a bench in the park to look for gnomes…Lila thought I was pretty funny peeking out behind my camera making funny faces 🙂

LOVE this one – it reminds me how much children love to explore

We also looked for gnomes and fairies in the many plants and flowers

At the end Lila took a break from cruising around to read me her favorite books

Goodnight to…..a quiet old lady whispering hush!

Lila has fabulous curly hair 🙂

Brown bear brown bear what do you see?

Thank you again – I had so much fun exploring Elizabeth Park!

What a cutie!

And no laughing, but I totally own this dress myself!

She's so cute! I love these, amanda. Especially the one of her in the doorway to the gazebo and peering under the leaves of the plants. Great smile, great hair, great blue eyes!
