Reese is quite the handsome Corgi – I thought his huge inquisitive ears made him look like a fox!

These guys didn’t want to wait around for me so I did my best to capture them both in one frame π

A stick provided a nice diversion to get them close

I loved the texture of Macie’s beautiful puppy coat….so snuggly!

Reese in his glory π

The height difference is already favoring Macie in getting the toys π

Finally – both of them together π

Reese is carrying a snowball for this one π

You can’t beat a golden puppy for the cuteness factor π

“I’ll take that – thanks!”

I have an arsenal of funny noises to deploy to get their attention- by the end of our time together they were totally desensitized and were completely ignoring me π

The beautiful spot where they live- I can imagine many summertime adventures down near the water!

Love this π

Macie tends to just climb right over Reese – at least soon she’ll clear Reese completely and it will be like going under the bridge π

After a while we decided to let Macie show off her neat trick – bringing the newspaper in every day without chewing it. Thanks to the massive snowbank she can now grab it unassisted!

Waiting for Cousin Max to come in from outside π

Reese has great coloring on his face

Dad is already in love π

Trying to keep Macie in one place took some creativity….and a bone π

Ears!!!

Macie was the first to crash….right into Mom’s shoes π

1/2 hour later Reese finally lay down π

Cousin Max was more than happy to escape harassment by the puppies π

Tired but still alert

Thankfully all that playing finally had an effect – that afternoon after I left they hardly moved π
