This is going back a bit but one thing that as a professional photographer was VERY important to me was having professional newborn photos taken. My good friend Carla had put me in touch with Meg from Rodeo & Co. Photography a few months ago and I LOVED her portrait work and immediately knew that I’d love to have her document our family. She came on Norah’s one week birthday and my heart bursts with the results! I’m so so happy we had these photos taken and it gives me new appreciation for providing this gift to other people – she’s so teeny! Newborn photos are best down within 12 days so they have that true newborn look – and Moms no matter how you are feeling get your picture taken – the love you have for your child will shine through!
