Recipe – Rosemary Mint Marinade w/ Garlic & Lemon

When Jeff and I were on vacation our wonderful hosts used this marinade on steak and it was DELICIOUS. I believe it is from Cooking Light.

Rosemary Mint Marinade with Garlic & Lemon

We used it on steaks that we grilled but I’m sure it would also be delicious on chicken.

10 large fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 t. chopped fresh rosemary
2 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 t. zest of lemon
3 medium garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 c. olive oil
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper

Process all ingredients in the cuisinart until smooth.

Marinade meat and mixture in plastic back for 2 hours.
