September in many lucky ways felt like an extension of summer – the days were mild and we actually did the most swimming that month. I can imagine by next summer Norah will be super comfortable in the water and I look forward to that. We took a trip down to Pennsylvania to visit Bapa (my Dad) and Grannie to coincide with Anna & Jake’s wedding which was just 25 minutes away from their house! We went on many walks to Wally’s house and just continued to spend as much time as possible outside.
To Wally’s house we go
Watching Farmer Lyle hay the field
Love for Strider
A snoozy nap on me at Bapa’s house when she woke up too early
A tromp around the garden after tubby time
Not wanting to go to bed in her crib when we got home so we let her fall asleep on the floor and then moved her
Free car seat cleaning
So many giggles swimming with Dad
A no pants walk to Wally’s house to air out some diaper rash
Lollipop found (and confiscated a few licks later)
The perfect outfit for a walk in the field.
“I hear dat”
The “toes book” was a favorite for awhile i.e. Good Night Vermont where on one page there are lots of toes!!
