Sesame Beef Stir Fry Recipe
1 T. bottled minced ginger (substitute fresh if you have it)
1 T. bottled minced garlic (substitute fresh if you have it)
2 T. low sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 t. dark brown sugar
1/2 t. crushed red pepper
1 T. sesame oil
1 Lb. pre-sliced stir fry meat
8 green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
4 c. bagged baby spinach leaves
1 T. sesame seeds, toasted

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl
Heat a wok over high heat. Add sesame oil to pan; swirl to coat.
Add half of beef to pan, and cook for 3 minutes or until browned. Remove beef from pan and repeat with remaining beef – setting aside beef when done
Add onions; cook for 1 minute. Add soy sauce mixture; cook 1 minute. Return beef to pan; cook 1 minute.
Stir in spinach, and cook 30 seconds until wilted. Top with sesame seeds and serve!
