Earlier this month I had the pleasure of attending another Ten Eyck Tuesday workshop – this time on lighting and specifically off camera lighting and flash! Most of the time I prefer natural lighting in my photography because it looks more….well….natural! Occasionally however it’s just not possible you if that’s the case you better know how to rock your flash! The more I practice the more comfortable I feel and I’m looking forward to really incorporating it more fully into my photography this year – especially at wedding receptions!

Sometimes at workshops I get more involved with shooting what’s happening than shooting the models….this was the case with Carla and her cutie patootie daughter Georgie π

Carla had been away for the few days before the workshop so Georgie couldn’t get enough snuggle time with her π

Love this one.

I spy Jackson in the background π

The group shot at the end of the night taken by Carla – I’m on the left hand side rocking my LL Bean blue fleece….what else is new π

Check out Carla’s posting on the workshop
Carla – you the bomb….thank you!!!
